Terms and Conditions of Sales

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, eChecks and PayPal.  

All sales are final and are not guaranteed.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we will pay for the return shipping if we sent the wrong item.  No returns of worn, damaged or altered items will be accepted.  All claims/returns must be approved and made no later then 10 days after receipt of the order. Simply email our customer service department at info@froghollow.biz and you will be given a return address. 

If you would like to exchange the item let us know which item you prefer (excluding shipping and handling charges). 

Refunds will be processed within 6 to 12 business days. 

If there was UPS damages noted to the package in the shipping please report this to UPS. 

Frog Hollow does not share your information with any outside company or third party.  Every order is secure so we charge your card at the time of your order and we do not store credit card information on our server. 

Please provide a valid email address that we can use to notify you that your order was received and when the item was shipped.  We will try to ship the item as quickly as possible but if it has not shipped and you wish to cancel please contact us at info@froghollow.biz.  As our products are unique and are subject to overwhelming responses in which items maybe temporarily out.  If this happens we will strive to quickly restock.
